As we enter the Boston spring real estate market not only does my office pick up with Boston condo sales, but Saturday walk-in rentals are very popular. Lately, I guess because of the high price of apartment rents, individuals are coming into my office looking to see if I can match them up with roommates. This certainly isn’t the direction I want to take my real estate company in. So in the past I would refer them to Craigslist, but now I even stop doing that. Why you ask? Because of ads like the one listed below.
