At least one luxury condo unit is selling these days: Natalie Jacobson’s Trinity Place unit in the Back Bay.

The three-bedroom condo was on the market earlier this summer for $2 million. The former Channel 5 anchorwoman confirms the unit is under agreement, but no word yet on the price.
