Only a true homeowner klutz would have a hard time selling a house or condo in today’s red-hot seller’s market in Boston.
But apparently there’s a lot of klutzes out there, so Charlie Abrahams dispenses some advice.
Our favorite: “Remember the wagon-wheel scene in the movie ‘When Harry Met Sally’? Get rid of those things that you’ve held onto for years.”
In other words, de-clutter the home and get a decent photographer to take quality photos. And while you’re at it, get a bucket of paint and touch up the place.
