Boston condos
Home prices in 22 of 156 Massachusetts towns and cities are either at or exceed their old pre-crash peaks.
They include many of the usual suspects: Cambridge, Brookline, Newton, Wellesley, Cohasset, Concord, Lincoln, Lexington and Boston, among others
There are a few minor surprises, such as Somerville and Winchester, though they’re not that big of a surprise. And there are few surprises in the opposite direction, such as Weston not being on the list.
Now the question is when the rest of Massachusetts will catch up.
