Using AI is all the rage, especially for condo Boston for sale broker / agents. It isn’t being used to actually sell Boston condos for sale; But it is being used to find and market to people who want to buy or sell Boston condominiums.

That is alright. After all, doesn’t everyone like being treated as a lead?

I use a little AI for spelling and grammar checks, and occasionally for research. So far, my real intelligence, 20 plus years of experience in real estate, and a few decades of life and business experience, are showing to be more useful to my clients than AI.

Yes, my intelligence is more intelligent than AI. It is because of my experience and my ability to use fuzzy logic, which helps with determining the sale price of a piece of real estate. There are parts of my job that are more of an art than a science and involve the use of soft skills.

Some folks are using AI for images and for photo editing. I have played around with it but haven’t had much success so far.

Are there typos on this Boston Real Estate Blog site? There sure are, along with grammatical errors
