After seven long years of sitting idle, Cambridge’s massive Northpoint development site across from the Museum of Science and the Lechmere Station may soon see signs of life in a few weeks.
HYM Investment Group, which is developing the site, plans to start construction on a new 355-unit residential tower at Northpoint in a matter of weeks.
