It’s buying time in swellsville

Thomas Grillo over at the Boston Herald does a quick summary of 2009 and 2010 data in some of the tonier towns around Boston. He finds, like this blog has, that sales volumes are up, but median prices are down. Here in Boston, it’s a story of neighborhood by neighborhood (and median prices in certain “sweet spots” in Boston have held their own or fallen only slightly). Biggest drop? Nantucket median prices.
