The site features pictures of luxury real estate for sale across the US, Canada and England, complete with reviews and comments by the blogger — 13-year-old Cole Perkins of Hershey, Pa. Here’s his take on a Massachusetts property in Weston: “The ‘acclaimed architect’ did an impeccable job designing the manse. I must say, this is definitely one of my favorite homes on the market. I am upset that there’s no pool on the 1.71 acre lot, though, because for $7.2 million, I kind of expected one.”
Cole told the real estate website Curbed.com “Yes, I know it is somewhat of an odd hobby for someone in my age group, but it’s my passion.”
