With residential sales getting tougher to close, an increasing number of Boston brokers who once worked exclusively in sales are now taking on transactions that in the past they never would have touched: rentals.
In the last few months, I have noticed an increase in MLS rental listings from Boston brokers. I also noticed a large number of high rent apartments avail. As of tonight, MLS has 67 apartments for rent ranging from $5,000 to $45,000 per month.
I usually let my agents do the rentals, as you may guess I concentrate on sales. However, if your in the market to rent a $45,000 apartment, please give me a call.
