Well, it seems like the general consensus on why Boston condo sales and or Massachusetts real estate sales are down is because of the snow. I’m sure it had nothing to do with the poor selection of Boston condo inventory with high prices and buyers worried about their jobs.
I know some of you might be thinking: ‘John what happens if the Boston real estate sales numbers don’t improve in the next few months? What will be the excuse?’ Don’t worry, my loyal real estate blog readers I have prepared and sent out a list to the National Assoc. of Realtors.
