I was reading Reader’s Digest (yes, my life is that sad) and I came across this article entitled: 13 things your real estate agent won’t tell you.

Here’s one item. If you’re considering buying a Boston condo, don’t assume your Boston agent will be hands on. Reader’s Digest writes:

“A well-known agent may pass you off to a junior real estate agent after you sign the contract.” Reader’s Digest states. “Ask who will exactly be handeling your phone calls, marketing your house or condo, and taking you to look at homes before you sign a contract.”

Your thoughts?
