Apparently, some real estate agents are turning away business, at least according to the Boston Herald.
Sounds shocking. But, I believe it to be true.
Agents have more listings than they can handle. More importantly, in this unstable market, no agent wants to deal with a seller who has an unrealistic idea of what his or her house is worth.
The agent would rather say, see you later.
The goal of a seller is to sell his or her house, right? The goal of the agent is to sell the house, too, right?
Sellers have to be realistic.
