Banker and Tradesman reported yesterday that multi-family house was sold in East Boston for a record-setting price of $770,000.
The 4,100 square foot Victorian-style townhouse has four units, including a 1,400 square foot, three bedroom home complete with a 24×15 deck with commanding views of the Harbor and downtown Boston.
Paul Campano of Keller Williams Realty was the listing broker.
One of my blog readers might be right this could be a record breaking year for Boston real estate sales.
