Boston Real Estate for Sale

Well here’s a pitcher with some confidence in his 2011 season. Red Sox pitcher John Lackey just bought a $2 million townhouse in Back Bay, as reported by the WSJ. According to the WSJ, the unit sold for about 13% off its $2.4 asking price (sold by Coldwell Banker) . Though there’s no mention of the address in the WSJ report, the Boston Business Journal item includes a Google Map box which identifies 334 Beacon Street. We’re not sure what unit that is exactly, but it might be similar to the one listed here over at Condo Domain’s site.
