Report: Developer plans Fenway 6-story extended stay hotel

A late-day report in the Herald tells us that developer Boylston Properties is seeking BRA approval to build a 183-room extended stay hotel on the corner of Boylston and Burlington in the Fenway. The company, which co-developed the luxury Fenway apartments Trilogy, is amending its 2007 plans for a six-story lab and office space development.
