Wow, now here is a bit of a suprise/change/good news… Mortgage Bond Markets on a nice little 2 day rally. Absolutely FLOAT your mortgage rate for now, purchase or refinance. I had a few clients floating from yesterday afternoon and we were able to do much better for them today with a .125 in rate and a sizable Lender Credit towards their closing costs. An early Holiday gift if you will.
Not sure how long this will last but maybe you should take advantage?
