Not the Red Sox.
We’re talking about the Clarendon luxury tower in the Back Bay.
The developer of the 33-story tower, Related Beal, said it’s sold its last penthouse unit for $6.2 million, thus bringing the building to the 100-percent-sold-out level, finally.
It was a tough time there for a while, what with the recession and housing-market plunge. But, yes, they finally did it.
Maybe now more people will start building condos again. The city needs them.
