Tomorrow my agents have several open houses.
1. Goodwin Place – Beacon Hill Studio – $299,900
2. Beacon Street – Fenway two bedroom – $420,000
3. Garden Street – Beacon Hill two bedroom – $520,000
4. One Strong Place – Beacon Hill townhouse – $1.3 million
If we average 10 people per listing, I would think that would be a successful day. Here’s my question. Do you think we’ll average 10 individuals per open house?
Of course the best outcome would be if I put all the listings under agreement tomorrow. (I know wishful thinking)
