According to Mass Land Records, another sale took place at The Clarendon which brings the total to 26 sales. The last sale was April 8, 2010, which was a 30th-floor, three-bed, three bath unit that sold for $2,700,000, which is about $1,504.00 per sq ft.

Once again, two thumbs up to the Clarendon marketing staff.
