The Clarendon luxury condos: 2010 sales

The Clarendon, 103-unit luxury condo high-rise on Stuart Street that saw sales get off to a slow start is now making serious headway. Of the 37 units sold, 31 closed in 2010, according to the Suffolk Registry of Deeds (via Boston Herald) an average of nearly three condos per month.
