The Clarendon, the new ultra-luxury condominium (and apartment) building currently under construction at the corners of Stuart and Clarendon streets unveiled their website, yesterday.

World – renowned architect, Robert A.M. Stern has created Boston’s newest icon of distinguished elegance.
The Clarendon is registered with the US Green Building Council with anticipated LEED Silver Certification, the benchmark for high-performance green building, which encompasses energy efficiency, sustainable building materials, water conservation and indoor environment quality.
When completed in mid-2009, there will be 107 condominium homes and approximately 140 apartments on 31-stories. There will be an on-site restaurant and gourmet deli, fitness club privileges, and a dedicated concierge / personal assistant.
