A week later, rainwater leaked through the windows A window guy replaced it. Fixing the damage inside was pricey.
Then John’s basement Boston condo flooded after a rain storm. He didn’t have flood insurance, so he had to pay for the clean-up, repair and restoration.
“We have to sell this Boston condo,” he told his wife.
“But we love this place!”
“I know, but we can’t afford the leaks!”
