Last night I received a call from a prospective rental client. He was looking for a two-bedroom apartment in East Boston. As eager as I wanted to help him, let’s face it my real estate business is down this year, I also knew I wasn’t the right person to meet his housing needs as my familiarity of the East Boston rental market is not my expertise.
