The time to start building condos again in Boston was actually a few years ago, as far as market timing is concerned.
Can you imagine if someone had gone against the grain and actually developed a slew of condos a few years ago and they were just coming on the market right now?
But we’re quibbling.The W’s recent success is indeed highly encouraging.
Yet with inventories so low these days, we need more — and the sooner developers start building more condos, the better.
