One major difference this group is comfortable with renting a Beacon Hill apartment by viewing a video not necessarily seeing the unit in person.
In the final analysis, millennial buyers are transforming the Boston real estate market for both sales and rentals, just like there changing other parts of the consumer economy. their way is the future, and real estate companies like mine will need to adjust.
