Someone wrote in the following to Boston Real Estate Blog: “After reading this Herald story, I thought it might be a good idea for you to start hosting ‘Open Bar Parties,’ instead of ‘Open House Parties,’ to attract new attention and business. I guarantee you three things: 1.) You’ll be the most popular broker on Beacon Hill. 2.) I’ll be first in line at the bar. 3.) You’ll go broke.”
All three are quite valid points. But for the reason stated in point 3, perhaps it’s an idea that needs further business-model analysis.
