Two new towers approved for Prudential Plaza

The Boston Redevelopment Authority gave its approval to a developer’s plans to construct two new high-rises on Prudential Plaza, in Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood.

Boston Properties will build a 17-story office building at 888 Boylston St. and Avalon Bay Communities will build a 27-story apartment tower on Exeter Street.
