A man who owned a Back Bay condo. married a beautiful girl that he met at sonsie on newbury street
One year into the marriage she developer a skin disease.
Slowly she started to loose her beauty. One day returning from a condo showing he had an accident. In the accident he told her he damaged his eyes and lost his eyesight.
Luckly, their married life continued as usual.
But as days passed she lost her beauty gradually.
The Back Bay husband, told her it made no difference to him in their happy married life.
One day his wife slipped from staris, and died due to head injury.
Her death brought him great sorrow.
A Back Bay condo neighbor aked, “how will you be able to walk all alone?
All these days your wife used to help you your blindness.”
He replied, I am not blind. I was just pretending to be blind.
because if she knew I could see her ugliness it would have pained her more than her disease.
