I scheduled a showing a on a property in Beacon Hill a while back. At the last moment, the agent called and apologized that she wouldn’t be able to show up. But, she said. don’t worry, there’s a spare key at the property.
I asked her for the lockbox number was, and then she told me that this Beacon Hill building doesn’t allow lockboxes on the handrails. The key is placed under a fake rock next to the stairs… wtf?
