House prices in the Boston metro rose 1.1% in June from May to a new record, and were up 3.9% year-over-year:
Prices of downtown condos in the Boston metro ticked up 1.1% in June from May, according to the Case-Shiller Index. This was a much smaller increase than the seasonal increases in prior years.
