Douglas Elliman "organizational Restructuring" After Layoffs Last Week Boston Condos For Sale Ford Realty

Last week, Douglas Elliman laid off four senior employees as part of an “organizational restructuring” aimed at improving operational efficiency.

The four senior employees who departed were Sara Kallus-Svoboda (Senior Vice President, development marketing), Michael Steigman (Senior Director, development marketing), Jeffrey Stanton (leader of agent training), and Christine Haney (overseer of relocations and referrals).

Separately, Leslie Wilson, a Senior Executive Vice President and Managing Director at Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, moved into a special advisor position.

These changes occurred after other executive shifts earlier in December, including the replacement of Chief Marketing Officer Stephanie Garbarini by Natalie Passerini. Under CEO Michael Liebowitz, the firm has been working to differentiate itself from previous leadership and streamline its operations.
