Is this true?
From my Inbox, this morning:
I was just a few days away from signing a purchase and sales agreement with Mezzo and would more than likely be the first one to move in, maybe in mid to late Dec.
However, at the last minute, they decided that they would go rental instead of sales, probably because of the mortgage crisis in the country.
Since then, I have not heard from anyone and, last I knew, the sales agent that I was working with, was trying to file for unemployment.
Does anyone know what is happening with these units? The company sure isn’t telling what’s going on.
