Is it time to short Compass Stock? Yes, here’s why
Recently, I’ve been receiving several emails on how Compass real estate employees are looking forward to leaving once their contract expires. If true, this wouldn’t be positive impact on Compass bottom line. My question is why?
Let’s look at the possibilities:
Real Estate brokers/agents willing signed contracts that didn’t live up to their expectations.
Real Estate agents were defrauded by the employer
Wait, perhaps it was something else.
Does it really matter? Let’s say even in 1/3 of Compass real estate agents plan to leave once their contracts expire. What impact would this have on Compass bottom line?
