Some of the factors that go into determining how likely someone is to sell are:
- Age of homeowner(s)
- The number of years of owning the home.
- The home is owned free and clear.
People who recently married or who had children or who are recently widowed or divorced are also more likely to sell.
There are certain types of properties that have a higher turnover too. Townhouses and small condos for example.
Boston Real Estate Cold Calls
When I first started in real estate we were taught that if we were consistent and if we made enough phone calls we would have a steady stream of business.
I know longer do cold calls, however, I’m still selling Boston condos.
If you are interested in selling your home we do have buyers looking in your neighborhood. Give me a call and we can talk about. I can reached on my cell/text 617-595-3712.
