There is a glut of condominiums for sale at the Ritz Carlton Towers on Avery Street in the Boston’s Downtown Crossing.
The MLS Property Information Network has 40 listings priced from $479,000 for a one-bedroom to $8.5 million for a penthouse with sweeping views of the city. But so far this year, not a single unit priced over a $1 million has sold.
