Boston condos for sale
Great news out today about possible development of Fan Pier. Apparently, developer Joe Fallon and a subsidiary of Mass Mutual Life Insurance have joined forces to purchase the land, presumably to build housing, and maybe commercial and/or office space.
Fallon is already heavily involved in the area and this looks like a good strategic fit.
I’m hopeful that this will lead to redevelopment of the area, in the near future. We’ll see. The Mayor might be in fantasy-land when he says, “Today’s announcement ensures that Fan Pier will finally become a reality.”
