Boston real estate taxes increase 2012

Boston condos and townhouses will see a property tax increase for fiscal 2012.

Boston residential properties tax rate will increase 25 cents or nearly 2% to $13.04 per thousand of the property valuation. This increase will add approximately $150.00 to the average single- family home tax bill.
