Link has issued the 2011 2nd quarter condo sales report. As you can see from the chart below even the weathy neighborhood of Boston’s Back Bay is being impacted with lower sales numbers durring this national housiing crisis.

According to the data I’ve obtained 32 condos have sold at 45 Povince Street with an average price per sq ft of $861.00. The median sales price for a condo at 45 Province Street is $931,000.00.

According to the Suffolk Registry of Deeds, 45 Province Street had their first condo sale in 2011. The unit was located on the 7th floor, the original asking price was $799,000 and sold for $749,000 or approx $661.00 per square foot.

I’m not sure who Mr. George Haddad is, but he certainly likes the Boston W Residences. According the Suffolk Registry of Deeds, Mr. Haddad purchased 4 condos yesterday. His total is about $3.5 million:
