New Marketing Plan for the W: Let’s have a Party

The Boston Herald reported today that the W has come up with a new idea to increase sales. The Hub developers of the W Hotel and Residences are allowing groups to hold parties at no cost in their 20th-floor model units. The move is intended to spur sales of the 123 posh condos, of which only 15 have sold.
