The official sales numbers won’t be out for a few weeks, but I thought I would take a peek on how it’s shaping up in Bradley’s favorite “nab” the Back Bay.

Please note, sometimes LINK’s obtains the Registry of Deeds data a week behind the actual closings. So if your an optimist, like me, it’s in the realm of possibility that we can see another 117 closing in the Back Bay, err … today when the final data comes out.
