Beacon Hill broker and a Saturday rainy morning.

The Beacon Hill broker sighed, looking out the window. The rain was coming down in sheets. He could barely see the street only a stone’s throw away. He grumbled at the prospects of showing Beacon Hill apartments through the storm. Surely there was a better way.

But then he realized: The rain had a refreshing quality every time it fell. It wiped the dirty snow clean, preparing for a fresh start.

This could work. He smiled. Bring on the downpour.
