One of my agents, has a studio condo for sale in Beacon Hill that is aprox 400 sq. ft. with an asking price of $299,000. It was first listed in October 2008, but She thought it would be best to take the condo off the market until the holiday’s were over. Yesterday, she put the condo back on the market for the same asking price as she had it listed before.
