Boston Real Estate and Condos for Sale
Boston broker’s last days of summer
We’re in what I call the dog days of downtown Boston real estate—July and August. Many prospective buyers are on vacation, many sellers are holding back listings until after Labor Day and real estate agents themselves are also away. (That being said, I did manage to sell two condos one in South Boston and the other in the Boston Leather District, so it’s not that slow for me.)
With fewer new Boston condos for sale hitting the market, buyers should take a close look at existing condo inventory and see if there are any direct hits for them.
Boston broker’s last days of summer
The big vacation for this Boston broker, was escaping the hectic Boston condo for sale market to a trip to the green mountains of Vermont, the whole city-versus-country-mouse thing, with half-hour hilly drives to town.
From pigeons on the streets, perched on overflowing city bins, surveying the crumbs on the brick sidewalls. To hikes in the mountains viewing families swimming in fresh water ponds.
The Boston broker thought, his next house, should have mountain ranges, with morning birds peppered by the lake, chirping and dancing to wake up the worms.

Summer vacation – over again. As Boston condo sellers prepare for the fall market.
