In the 3rd Q of 2007 the average land sales price was $269,000. In the 3rd Q of 2008 the average land sales price was $120,500.00
What caused such a large drop?
a) Lack of builders buying lots.
b) Lack of buildable lots for sale.
c) I don’t know ask Ricky Ricardo
