Boston fails to make the grade

Great Schools is an excellent site to obtain information about any school, primary and secondary, in the nation. Recently, they published their list of best cities to live and learn – and not surprisingly the city of  Boston is absent. But for the Northeast category Belmont, Mass. ranked 6th, followed by Winchester and Concord. Massachusetts just made the cut for the top 10 on the list.
