One can easily find real estate news full of doom and gloom by simply entering into Google the search term “U.S. real estate market” — and then accept the industry is doomed. But if I blog about anything remotely optimistic about the real estate market, some wonder: “Wait a minute. Was this written by a Boston real estate broker? A Boston mortgage banker?”
