The Boston Business Journal reports today some good news on the pay front. Nationwide about 45% of IT employers are open to pay increases; in retail the number is 39%. A report from the Associated Industries of Massachusetts reports that employers are planning an average 2.1% increase in salaries (though 27% don’t plan on pay increases).
