April could be the month that we’ll look back on as the official turnaround point in the Massachusetts housing market.
The Massachusetts Association of Realtors reports that single-family home and condo sales rose last month — and prices also went up last month. In prior months, sales were increasing but prices continued to fall, giving off mixed signals about the market.
The signals are less mixed this month. The market definitely seems to be on the rebound.
Now watch it collapse next month.
