They’re now coming off the conveyor belt like widgets: The BRA has approved the Abbey Group’s plan for a new $150 million residential and office/retail complex at 1282 Boylston in the Fenway.
It’s just the latest residential-building project to proceed in Boston. It’s also one of a slew of similar developments in the Fenway. As the article notes, developer Steve Samuels has also been very busy of late in the Fenway. And he has more projects in the pipeline.
