‘First step back’

Boston’s WBUR ran an interview this morning with local housing expert Karl “Chip” Case, who’s sounding a bit more chipper about the housing market these days.

He’s not predicting a boom year in 2010. Far from it. He’s still quite cautious. But he said the market recently has taken the “first step back” from recent turmoil.
